Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform initial and ongoing assessments and deliver skilled therapeutic interventions across outpatient, inpatient, pediatrics, and off-site locations as part of a professional care continuum.

The position requires current licensure in the state, BLS within 30 days (or as specified), 2 years of experience preferred, and strong collaboration with physicians, staff, and families to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice.
• BLS certification preferred; required within 30 days for some sites.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop goals-based treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy daily per plan of care and standards.
• Document care and patient progress in EMR accurately.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring quality of care.
• Follow safety, infection control, and attendance policies.
• Supervise PT assistant treatments and professional growth.
