Bon Secours Mercy Health in Richmond Health Source Shared Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to perform initial and ongoing assessments and provide skilled interventions across outpatient, inpatient, pediatrics and off-site locations.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to standards, documentation, and collaboration with physicians, patients and families; two years experience preferred; licensure required in state; BLS preferred within 30 days.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice (required).
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, required within 30 days for BSMH).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar setting (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates patients, collects info, and develops a treatment plan with goals.
• Provides direct therapy daily per patient plan and standards of practice.
• Maintains accurate records and documents care in EMR; co-signs for PTAs when applicable.
• Maintains productivity while delivering high-quality care.
• Adheres to safety, infection control, and policy requirements; participates in education.
• Supervises PT assistant’s interventions and growth when required.
