Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice (or traineeship/temporary license).
• BLS Basic Life Support required within 30 days for some sites; may be preferred on hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients, develops goals and an appropriate treatment plan.
• Provides daily direct therapy per plan of care and current standards.
• Maintains concise records in EMR and supports supervision of PT assistants.
• Maintains productivity while ensuring quality of care.
• Follows safety, infection control, and compliance requirements.
• Supervises PT assistants’ interventions and professional growth.
