Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Hampton, VA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to perform initial and ongoing assessments, and provide skilled therapeutic interventions to patients across outpatient, inpatient, pediatric and off-site locations. Services the patients as part of the continuum of professional care.

You will document care in the EMR, maintain productivity, supervise PT assistants, and participate in safety and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to apply age-specific standards for pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Proficient in documenting care, progress notes, and EMR entries.
• Ability to work with patients, families and health-care teams.
