Job summary

Bon Secours in Virginia is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform initial and ongoing assessments, provide skilled therapeutic interventions, and support patients across outpatient, inpatient, pediatrics and off-site locations within the care continuum.

You will evaluate patient progress, implement treatment plans, document in the EMR, supervise therapy assistants, and collaborate with the care team. Requires Licensed Physical Therapist in state and BLS per hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of treatment and patient progress in EMR.
• Supervise PT assistants and ensure quality care and productivity.
• Adhere to safety, infection control and policy requirements.
