Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Patient Services Manager to lead the Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in Spokane, WA. The successful candidate will establish goals, hire and coach staff, ensure dietary restrictions are followed, and drive patient satisfaction while complying with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Required are a related degree and 1+ year of food service management experience; CDM/RD/RDT certification is preferred and MS Office/EMR/diet

Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in related field required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in food service, ideally in acute care.
• ServSafe certification desirable; CDM/RDT/RD preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, EMR and diet office systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and oversee patient food services based on medical direction.
• Hire, direct, coach, train and develop patient service team members.
• Ensure dietary restrictions are met within diet order limitations.
• Help achieve patient satisfaction goals and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Support quality programs and regulatory standards across the facility.
