Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Patient Food Service Manager in Winston-Salem, NC to lead the Patient Services Team in an acute care setting and ensure high-quality dining aligned with medical directions.

You will hire, coach, and develop staff, oversee dietary compliance, and drive patient satisfaction while maintaining regulatory standards; relevant certifications and a background in food service management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in food services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management or related field is acceptable.
• Certified Dietary Manager certificate or RD/RDN credentials preferred.
• Minimum experience in food service management, preferably in acute care.
• ServSafe certified or equivalent is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Patient Services Team in an acute care setting.
• Establishes goals and oversees implementation of patient food services needs.
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops staff.
• Ensures dietary restrictions are met within diet orders and guidelines.
• Supports patient satisfaction goals and participates in QA/PI programs.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and confidentiality requirements.
