The position requires a degree in food service management (associates or bachelor’s) with relevant management experience in a healthcare setting; RD or CDM credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or bachelor’s) in food service management or related field.
• Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietitian, or RD preferred.
• One year of experience in food service management, preferably in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Establishes goals and oversees patient food service needs per medical direction.
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members.
• Ensures compliance with dietary restrictions and diet orders.
