Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting. You will oversee meal service delivery, ensure dietary restrictions are met, and manage staff performance.

The role requires an associate or a bachelor’s degree in food service management, with preferred CDM/RDT/RD certifications. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1 year of work experience in food services or a bachelor’s degree in food service management or related field.
• Certified Dietary Manager certificate, Registered Diet Technician or Registered Dietitian preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food service management, preferably in acute care.
• ServSafe certified desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems.

Responsibilities

• Establishes goals and oversees implementation of patient food service needs per medical direction and patient population.
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members.
• Complies with dietary restrictions and diet order guidelines to meet patient preferences.
• Ensures patient services staff helps achieve patient satisfaction goals.
• Complies with regulatory standards (federal, state, accrediting bodies) and HIPAA; protects patient confidentiality.
