Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves directing the patient food service program, coaching the team, and ensuring compliance with dietary orders and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will have an Associate degree (or Bachelor’s) in related field, plus experience in food service management and certifications such as ServSafe; RD or CDM

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in food service management or related field.
• Certifications: ServSafe, CDM/RD/RD preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops the patient services team.
• Oversees patient food service needs per medical direction and patient population.
• Ensures compliance with dietary restrictions and diet orders.
• Supports patient satisfaction goals and quality improvement programs.
• Ensures regulatory compliance including HIPAA and confidentiality.
• Participates in department meetings and QA/QI initiatives.
