Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required and state licensure.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and evaluates patient abilities and daily living activities.
• Establishes a plan of care and implements individual treatment.
• Provides/fabricates assistive devices and/or splints as needed.
• Completes required documentation including evaluations, notes, and discharge summaries.
