Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Establishes a plan of care and implements individualized treatment based on evaluation results and goals.
• Monitors outcomes and adjusts the treatment plan based on patient response; provides updates to physicians and teammates.
• Identifies factors affecting patient comfort and addresses these needs.
• Plans for and completes patient discharge including home programs, teaching, referrals, and equipment as indicated.
