Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years previous RN experience.
• BSN or BAN from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day nursing operations ensuring appropriate staffing levels, delegating tasks, and providing guidance to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Ensure unit adheres to healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee performance and evaluation of registered nurses and patient care staff.
• Liaise between nursing staff, physicians, patients and families to optimize patient outcomes.
