CliftonLarsonAllen is seeking an experienced Consulting Director - Acumatica to lead ERP implementations for manufacturing or construction clients. You will manage projects, design alignment with client processes, and mentor junior staff while driving solutions from discovery to go-live.

This role blends functional accounting knowledge with technical Acumatica expertise, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of handson Acumatica experience across implementation, support, and solution design.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Supervisory or project management experience of at least 3 years.
• Strong background in manufacturing (preferred) or construction (acceptable).
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Experience across functional and technical areas: accounting workflows, operations, configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Acumatica implementations across manufacturing or construction clients from discovery to go-live.
• Design solutions aligned with client workflows and Acumatica capabilities.
• Support and troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and configuration plans.
• Collaborate with internal consultants, developers, and project managers for quality outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with Acumatica releases and industry trends.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients through communication and reliability.
