CliftonLarsonAllen seeks an experienced Consulting Director - Acumatica to lead implementations for manufacturing and construction clients. You will design solutions, oversee complex configurations, and mentor a growing CLA Digital team while partnering with clients to solve business problems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of handson Acumatica experience across implementation, support, and solution design.
• Experience leading projects independently and within a team.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Strong manufacturing experience preferred or construction as alternative.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate requirements into specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Acumatica implementations across manufacturing or construction clients from discovery through go-live.
• Design solutions aligned with client workflows and Acumatica capabilities.
• Support and troubleshoot functional and technical issues across modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and configuration plans.
• Collaborate with internal consultants, developers, and project managers.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with Acumatica releases and industry trends.
