CLA Digital is seeking an experienced Consulting Director - Acumatica to join our growing CLA Digital Team in Raleigh, NC. You will lead Acumatica implementations for manufacturing or construction clients, translating business needs into effective solutions.

We value a hands-on leader with strong technical and functional accounting knowledge, capable of guiding projects end‑to‑end while mentoring teammates and staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of handson Acumatica experience across implementation, support, and solution design.
• Strong background in manufacturing (preferred) or construction (acceptable).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating with teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Acumatica implementations across manufacturing or construction clients from discovery through go-live.
• Design solutions aligned with client workflows, industry best practices, and Acumatica capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with Acumatica releases, new features, and industry trends.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, technical tasks, and configuration plans.
