Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Consulting Director - Acumatica to join our CLA Digital Team in a role that will scope, discover, design, build, train, and test Acumatica implementations for clients. The ideal candidate brings six+ years of hands-on Acumatica experience, with manufacturing preference and strong accounting knowledge.

You will lead projects, mentor others, and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of handson Acumatica experience across implementation, support, and solution design.
• Strong background in manufacturing (preferred) or construction (acceptable).
• Proven ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Experience across both functional and technical areas, including accounting workflows, operational processes, system configuration, and light customization or development.
• Acumatica badges/certifications (or willingness to earn and maintain them).
• Continuous learning mindset, curiosity, and adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills and a teamwork-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead Acumatica implementations across manufacturing or construction clients from discovery through go-live.
• Design solutions aligned with client workflows and Acumatica capabilities.
• Support and troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, tasks, and configuration plans.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver quality outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with Acumatica releases and industry trends.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients through communication and reliability.
