Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Consulting Director - Acumatica to join our CLA Digital Team in Indianapolis. You will lead Acumatica implementations, collaborate with clients, and mentor a growing team, combining functional accounting knowledge with technical Acumatica expertise.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on Acumatica experience (manufacturing preferred), strong leadership, and the ability to manage projects from discovery to go-live while delivering high-quality solutions and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Acumatica experience across implementation, support, and solution design.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory or project management experience.
• Strong background in manufacturing (preferred) or construction (acceptable).
• Excellent communication skills and a teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations of Acumatica across manufacturing or construction clients, from discovery through go-live.
• Design solutions that align with client workflows, industry best practices, and Acumatica capabilities.
• Support and troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across modules.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specs, technical tasks, and configuration plans.
• Collaborate with internal consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with Acumatica releases, new features, and industry trends.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through communication, empathy, and reliability.
