Venerable is offering an actuary internship in its West Chester, PA office for Summer 2027. You’ll gain hands-on experience in variable annuity risk drivers, data management, and cross-functional risk analytics with support across Risk and Finance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of variable annuity features and risk drivers.
• Learn about market data and metrics measuring risk for variable annuities.
• Assist with investment data and data management across Risk and Finance.
• Summarize data extracts and interpret trends using data analysis tools.
• Visualize data summaries and update Excel spreadsheets with VBA.
• Review business processes and suggest automation improvements.
• Develop and present PowerPoint memos to summarize analyses.
