Job summary

Aon invites rising seniors to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program in Actuarial. This 10-week paid internship offers exposure across Retirement, Health & Benefits, Risk, and Reinsurance tracks in a hybrid US environment.

You will work with clients on pension valuations, plan design and post‑retirement benefits analysis, gaining practical analytics experience and professional development opportunities through mentoring and roundtables.

Qualifications

• Rising seniors graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Have passed at least one actuarial exam, preferred.
• Pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related.

Responsibilities

• Assist with projections of long-term pension and other post-retirement benefit plans.
• Support design and costing of retirement programs and related benefits analyses.
• Collect, coordinate and analyze census data for client pension plans and reporting.
• Contribute to data management and documentation for client engagements.
