You will work closely with the founder and users to ensure accurate, regulator-ready outputs and to guide the product's predictive modeling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Actuarial background with hands-on pricing work.
• Strong coding abilities in data analysis or production systems.
• Track record building models or tools used by actuaries.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling and data science.

Responsibilities

• Build insurance-specific product components from design to production.
• Bridge product needs with actuarial workflows and pricing methods.
• Ensure accuracy of outputs used by actuaries, including rating and filing considerations.
• Shape the product roadmap and future directions for predictive modeling.
