About the role

We're seeking a Design Engineer who is passionate about building a product that our users love. You'll work closely with the founder and users to design and implement new concepts and ideas.

You'll own how the product looks and feels, from the design system through to the shipped interface, and be responsible for delivering the best value to our users. Your decisions will shape the product and its future.

What we're looking for

• Strong frontend skills, with deep command of Typescript, React, and CSS
• Track record of owning a design system that other engineers built on
• An eye for motion, typography, and the details most people never notice
• Cares deeply about craft, and about knowing when something is done
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• High level of autonomy and ownership
• Thrives in a remote, asynchronous environment with a lean, high-output team
• Domain knowledge in predictive modeling and data science
