Job summary

Gallagher Re is launching a 24‑month REACH Program to develop Actuarial Analysts through structured training and mentorship. You will access the Executive Team, gain experience in analytics, pricing, and risk transfer, and work with a network of professionals across reinsurance broking and risk management.

The program offers paid study time, exam support, and full study materials coverage, with a hybrid work arrangement that balances in-office and remote days based on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or related field.
• Completed actuarial exam(s) with intent to pursue ACAS/FCAS.
• Advanced Excel skills for formulas, pivot tables, macros, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection and manipulation of large datasets in databases and Excel.
• Deliver analyses for proposals and client meetings to influence decisions.
• Contribute to pricing models and pricing benchmarks in actuarial work.
• Learn proprietary financial modeling and reinsurance optimization methods.
