Job summary

Gallagher Re in the United States invites recent graduates and career changers to join the REACH Program as a Reinsurance Broking Analyst. This 24-month, full-time, hybrid program combines structured learning with direct access to our Executive Team and mentors to build analytics and risk-management expertise.

You will support client accounts, craft persuasive pitch documents, analyze data with actuarial and modeling teams, and contribute to reinsurance placements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong technical proficiency with various software tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Willingness to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL for training (expenses covered).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients across levels to market, negotiate, place and service accounts
Craft persuasive pitch documents and presentations for clients
Analyze data with actuarial and risk teams to derive insights
Assist in structuring and servicing reinsurance placements
Support contracts review and finalization of placements
