Job summary

Gallagher Re is offering a 24-month REACH program designed to fast-track graduates and career changers into the world of reinsurance broking and risk management. You will gain direct access to our Executive Team and a network of mentors and trainers while receiving paid training hours as part of a full-time hybrid role.

The program starts July 2027, with in-office and remote days arranged by location. You will work toward obtaining a P&C license within 12 months and the ARe designation within 18

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to prepare, refine and transmit documents.
• Strong tech skills enabling use of various software for efficient task completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to travel to our home office in Rolling Meadows, IL for training (5 trips).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients at all levels to assist in marketing, negotiation, placing, and servicing client accounts.
• Craft persuasive pitch documents and presentations for new and existing clients.
• Analyze data with actuarial, catastrophe modeling, and financial advisory teams to provide insights.
• Contribute to structuring, placing, and servicing of reinsurance transactions.
• Work with contracts and support the finalization of reinsurance placements.
