Job summary

Gallagher Re is launching the REACH Program, a 24-month intensive actuarial analyst training track designed for graduates and career changers. You’ll gain access to executives, mentors, and a network of trainers while developing skills in reinsurance risk management and pricing models.

The program offers paid training hours, exam support, and a clear path toward ACAS/FCAS credentials, with a hybrid full-time schedule including in-office and remote days based on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance)
• Passed at least one actuarial exam
• Intent to pursue ACAS/FCAS with CAS
• Advanced Excel skills and statistical modeling
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• Willingness to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL for training (expenses covered)

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection and manipulation of large data sets in databases, Excel, and related tools
• Conduct analyses for new business proposals and client meetings to influence decisions
• Contribute to pricing models and actuarial benchmark pricing
• Learn and apply proprietary financial modeling and reinsurance optimization methods
• Support clients during losses with analytics and risk transfer strategies
