Gallagher Re’s REACH Program is a 24-month, structured learning track designed for upcoming or recent graduates and career changers aiming for a career in actuarial analysis within reinsurance broking and risk management. The program blends training with real client work through a hybrid schedule, offering access to executives, mentors, and supportive trainers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics, finance, etc.
• Passed a minimum of one actuarial exam
• Intent to pursue ACAS/FCAS with Casualty Actuarial Society
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas, pivots, macros, conditional formatting, and modeling
• Strong tech skills to use various software for efficient task completion
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage with clients and colleagues
• Willingness to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL for training; travel expenses covered

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection and manipulation across large data sets in databases and Excel
• Deliver analyses for new business proposals and existing client meetings
• Contribute to proofs of concept and development of pricing models and benchmark pricing
• Learn and apply proprietary financial modeling and reinsurance optimization methods
