Job summary

Gallagher Re’s REACH Program offers a 24-month actuarial analyst track in Chicago. You’ll gain direct access to the Executive Team, mentors, and a network of trainers while working on analytics, risk insights, and pricing strategies.

As a program participant, you’ll receive exam support, paid time off for study, and full expense coverage for exam fees, with a hybrid work schedule in a collaborative, global-to-local environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance.
• Completed at least one actuarial exam.
• Plan to pursue ACAS/FCAS designation.
• Advanced Excel skills and macro/pivot usage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection and manipulation using large data sets in databases and Excel.
• Deliver analyses for new business proposals and client meetings.
• Contribute to pricing models and actuarial benchmark pricing.
• Learn and apply proprietary financial modeling and reinsurance optimization methods.
