Job summary

Gallagher Re is launching the REACH Program to fast-track graduates and career changers into actuarial analytics within reinsurance broking and risk management. This 24-month structured learning path provides access to executives, mentors, and hands-on projects, with paid study time and exam support.

The program combines data analytics, pricing concepts, and financial modeling, with a hybrid schedule (in-office/travel to Rolling Meadows, IL for training).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance) or related field.
• Pass at least one actuarial exam.
• Intent to pursue ACAS/FCAS designation.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivots, macros and modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL for training.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection and manipulation with large data sets.
• Conduct analyses for proposals and client meetings.
• Contribute to pricing models and actuarial benchmarks.
• Learn proprietary financial modeling and reinsurance data delivery methods.
