Qualifications

• Two actuarial exams passed at application time and pursuing an Associate credential from CAS.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with quantitative coursework in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, etc.
• Up to two years of professional actuarial fulltime work experience in pricing, reserving, predictive modeling, capital modeling, ERM, or reinsurance topics.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Experience with statistical/modelling tools such as R, @Risk, VBA, Python, SAS, STATA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality analytical work for ongoing projects.
• Perform complex data manipulation and summarization in Excel; leverage programming and database skills.
• Collaborate with team members and clients; pursue CAS credentials with support from Milliman.
