Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and direction to assigned staff and programs.
• Assist in hiring, training, and performance appraisals where appropriate.
• Ensure staffing levels meet program needs and monitor staff schedules.
• Coordinate services with programs, inpatient and detox facilities, and community resources.
• Lead meetings and disseminate information to ACTT staff; support team members.
• Document participant activities and develop person-centered plans as needed.
• Monitor program quality and compliance with agency policies and regulations.
