Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters in Human Services required
• 3 years of clinical experience with adults with severe mental illness required
• Must be fully licensed within 30 months of hire if associate licensed

Responsibilities

• Provide effective oversight and clinical/administrative supervision to assigned staff and programs
• Manage hiring, discipline, training, and performance appraisals to ensure full staffing
• Coordinate and oversee ACTT team activities and services
• Lead meetings and communicate with ACTT staff; support team
• Ensure clinically-based, culturally sensitive assessments for individuals served
• Monitor quality of services and conduct audits as required
• Develop referral sources and maintain relationships with communities served
• Monitor budgets and financials in line with leadership directives
• Travel to community locations and outreach destinations as needed
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and state/federal regulations
