Qualifications

• Licensed licensure required in NC.
• Minimum two years experience with individuals with severe mental illness.
• Experience in management and clinical supervision preferred.
• Travel to community settings will be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day clinical operations of ACTT services; schedule staff coverage.
• Lead staff and treatment planning meetings; supervise team with medical providers.
• Coordinate referrals and admissions; recruit, hire, train staff.
• Ensure medical records compliance with agency policies and Medicaid requirements.
• Provide individual and group therapy; assess and reassess member needs regularly.
• Assist in developing program policies and procedures and revisions as needed.
