Strategic Interventions in Durham, NC seeks an experienced Team Lead for the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) to oversee day-to-day clinical operations and staff scheduling. The role requires NC licensure and 2+ years treating individuals with SMI/SPMI, with opportunities for clinical supervision and program leadership.

You will coordinate referrals, lead treatment planning, support recruitment and training, and ensure Medicaid compliance while delivering therapy and crisis coverage as

Formación

• Must be licensed in North Carolina with 2+ years of experience treating individuals with severe mental illness (SMI/SPMI).
• Licensed professionals may include Psychologist, LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or PMHNP.
• Experience in management and clinical supervision preferred.
• Travel requiring a valid Driver’s License is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Direct ACTT day-to-day clinical operations and staff scheduling.
• Lead staff meetings and treatment planning.
• Provide clinical supervision in collaboration with medical providers.
• Coordinate referrals and admissions for ACTT.
• Oversee documentation to meet Medicaid and agency policies.
• Provide individual and group therapy; assess member needs regularly.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, orientation and training.
• Ensure crisis assistance is available as needed.
