Strategic Interventions, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for ACTT in Burlington, NC. The role directs day-to-day clinical operations and provides supervision to ACTT staff, ensuring compliant, high-quality services for adults with severe mental illness.

Licensed professionals with ACTT experience and strong leadership skills are preferred. The position requires travel within the community and a dedication to a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active North Carolina MH license (Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with severe mental illness
• At least 2 years of clinical supervisory experience is desirable
• Experience with Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day clinical operations of ACTT services
• Provide leadership and supervision to ACTT staff
• Ensure adherence to laws, policies, and best practices for ACTT
• Travel within community as required by daily schedule
