Job summary

Monarch Healthcare is seeking an Assertive Community Treatment Team Assistant Team Leader in North Carolina. The role supports the Team Leader in managing clinical and operational aspects of the ACT Team and guides assigned staff to deliver respectful, person-centered services that promote independence and community integration.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Human Services and licensure tracks such as LCMHC-A, LCSW-A, or LMFT-A.

Qualifications

• Masters in Human Services is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with providing effective oversight, direction, and clinical supervision to staff.
• Participate in hiring, disciplining, firing, training, and performance appraisals.
• Schedule and ensure 24/7 coverage for individuals served.
• Document participant activities and develop service plans.
• Lead meetings and disseminate information to ACTT staff.
• Coordinate services with programs, inpatient facilities, and community resources.
