Job summary

Heritage Woods of Watseka is seeking an Activities Director to lead the activity team and guide residents through engaging programs. You will design and facilitate recreational and social activities, tailor monthly calendars to resident needs, and document participation.

You will manage budget, inventory, and transportation, driving the company van for outings. You will foster resident engagement and coordinate the Resident Council.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Prior activities/life enrichment experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Activity team and guides resident activities and events.
• Designs and facilitates recreational and social programs.
• Manages monthly activities calendar and tracks participation.
• Oversees budget and inventory for activities program.
• Coordinates Community transportation and drives the company van.
