Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks an Activities Coordinator to enhance resident life through engaging programs and compassionate interactions. You will drive a company van for outings, interview residents to tailor activities, and maintain equipment inventories.

You will collaborate with the resident council and plan a monthly community newsletter, while coordinating shopping for residents who cannot shop independently. A valid driver's license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Must hold valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 21 years of age preferred with driving record in good standing.
• Prior experience driving a company vehicle for resident transportation activities is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive company van on organized outings.
• Interview residents upon admission to determine likes and dislikes.
• Document the resident’s participation in activities daily.
• Plan and maintain an inventory list of activity equipment and supplies.
• Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the resident’s activity program and modify as needed.
• Plan and coordinate the Community newsletter.
• Coordinate with the resident council to ensure input into the activity program.
• Coordinate resident shopping orders for those unable to shop independently.
• Engage in compassionate and dignified interactions reflecting the values of love and respect.
• Pursue continuous learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
