Paycom - ATS is seeking an compassionate activities coordinator to support residents in daily programs and organized outings. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and reliable transportation to manage community events and newsletters.

You will document participation, maintain equipment inventories, and coordinate input from resident council while fostering a warm, dignified environment and ongoing learning through staff seminars and meetings.

Formación

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Must hold valid driver’s license.
• A minimum of 21 years of age preferred with driving record in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Drives company van on organized outings, as needed.
• Interviews residents upon admission to determine their likes and dislikes.
• Documents the resident’s participation in activities daily.
• Plans and maintains an inventory list of activity equipment and supplies.
• Evaluates and modifies the activity program to meet residents' needs and interests.
• Plans and coordinates the Community newsletter.
• Coordinates with the resident council to ensure resident input into the activity program.
• Coordinates resident shopping orders for those unable to shop independently.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
