Arcadia Care seeks an Activity Aide to support planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational and social activities for residents. You will help ensure programs align with care plans and assessments, promoting well-being and engagement.

The role is part-time and involves assisting in activity rooms, supporting residents in scheduled activities, and contributing to a positive, resident-centered environment.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the Activity Aide is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.

Essential Duties:

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting for the daily activity programs & quality assurance for the Activities Department.
• Assist in preparing and cleaning up activity rooms/areas for scheduled activity programs.
• Assist in overseeing residents’ engagement in scheduled and unscheduled activities to promote the physical, social, and mental well-being of residents.
