Arcadia Care is seeking an Activity Aide to support planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, and spiritual programs in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan.

The role focuses on assisting with activity program delivery, room preparation, and promoting resident engagement to enhance physical, social, and mental well-being. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, or PRN positions with a suite of benefits.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the Activity Aide is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.

Essential Duties:

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting for the daily activity programs & quality assurance for the Activities Department.
• Assist in preparing and cleaning up activity rooms/areas for scheduled activity programs.
• Assist in overseeing residents’ engagement in scheduled and unscheduled activities to promote the physical, social, and mental well-being of residents.

Preferred Qualifications:
