Aperion Care is seeking an Activity Aide to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs aligned with each resident's assessment and care plan.

The role involves supporting daily activity programs, preparing spaces for activities, and guiding residents to participate in activities that support physical, social, and mental well-being within a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Essential Duties

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting for the daily activity programs & quality assurance for the Activities Department.

• Assist in overseeing residents’ engagement in scheduled and unscheduled activities to promote the physical, social, and mental well-being of residents.
