Job summary

Complete Care - MidAtlantic is seeking a qualified Activities Director for a full-time day-shift role with no on-call requirements. Starting pay is $25/hr. The incumbent will develop diverse activity programs, assess resident interests, and supervise events, collaborating with the Administrator to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing staff is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred.
• Active ADC

Responsibilities

• Develop an activity program that is both sufficiently diverse and sensitive to our resident’s needs.
• Determine individual resident interests and expectations regarding preferred programing.
• Conduct assessments to ascertain physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities of each resident.
• Supervise and participate in events alongside department.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
