Job summary

Altercare Country Lawn in Navarre, Ohio is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant to organize and participate in resident activity programming, including one-to-one interventions, small group facilitation and large group presentations, and to assist the Activity Director as needed. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED; experience in activities in a healthcare setting or equivalent.

CNA license is preferred, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily activities to residents and help them participate in activities.
• Complete daily documentation and assist with miscellaneous duties from the Activity Director.

Qualifications For Activities Assistant

• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibility of communicating to residents the daily activities, helping residents to activities, doing daily documentation and helping with miscellaneous duties that the Activity Director brings forth.

Experience with residents in a healthcare setting in an activity nature, is a plus.
