Position Summary

The primary responsibility is to plan, implement, and evaluate recreational, social, educational, cultural, physical, emotional, and spiritual programs in accordance with residents' assessments and care plans, following all health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of life enrichment skills such as music, crafts, and leisure activities
• Certification as Activity Professional or higher preferred; relevant certifications include APC, CTRS, ADC, or COTA
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and observe safety protocols
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours

Experience

Minimum of one year working with seniors in recreational or social settings preferred but not required.
