Your Role:

• Provide engaging activities that offer entertainment, exercise, fun, and relaxation for residents
• Support planning, scheduling, and implementing quality activities in accordance with resident care plans
• Prepare and distribute activity calendars and communication materials
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
• Generate enthusiasm and motivate residents to participate
• Complete other duties as assigned by management

Who We’re Looking For:

• Valid CNA license preferred, but not required!
• At least 1 year of experience, ideally in long-term care (Other relevant experience? Let us know!)
• Creative, motivated, and organized team player
• Enjoys working with seniors and has experience engaging residents in group and one-on-one settings
• Reliable and professional, with a passion for genuine hometown care
