Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Part-Time Activities Aide to join our close-knit team. You will lead engaging activities, projects and games for residents, tailoring plans to individual interests and needs.

The role emphasizes one-on-one, small group and large group activities, following the programming schedule set by the Activities Director, with a fun, patient, and creative approach.

Qualifications

• Ability to work up to 5 days per week.
• Flexible schedule ranging 8:30 AM–7 PM.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.
• Experience with seniors or memory care a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, engaging activities, projects and games for residents.
• Guide one-on-one, small group and large group activities per the schedule designed by the Activities Director.

We’re looking to add a Part Time Activity Aide to our Close-Knit Activities Team!

Must Be Able To Work:

• Up to 5 days per week
• A Varying Schedule that ranges from 8:30 AM to 7 PM
• Approximately 28 Hours Per Week
• Every Other Weekend, Both Saturday and Sunday
• In a Team Setting
• In an Independent Setting

As an Activities Assistant at Seacrest, you will have the opportunity to provide fun and engaging activities, projects and games to our residents while focusing on their individual interests. The Activities Aide leads one-on-one, small group and large group activities according to the programming schedule designed by the Activities Director.
