Job summary

Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Center is seeking an Activities Assistant to help develop, implement, and encourage resident activities in collaboration with the Activities Director. Your role will involve coordinating individual and group activities, ensuring engaging programs for residents and families.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in healthcare and directing activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in directing individual and group activities preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• A valid VA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and encourage resident activities in collaboration with the Activities Director.
• Assist with planning and coordinating activity schedules and events.
• Be available to work nights and weekends as needed.
