Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience directing individual and group activities.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid VA driver's license and ability to understand written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement resident activities to engage patients.
• Encourage participation among residents and their families.
• Coordinate activities with the care team to align with resident needs.
