Heritage Hall Blackstone is seeking an Activities Assistant to help develop and implement resident activities, focusing on patient and family comfort and engagement. The role emphasizes compassionate interaction and teamwork within a community-focused facility.

The ideal candidate creates meaningful programs, communicates effectively, and supports residents during evenings and weekend shifts as needed, contributing to a supportive care environment.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience directing individual and group activities.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid VA driver's license and ability to understand written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement resident activities to engage patients.
• Encourage participation among residents and their families.
