Job summary

Regency Pacific is seeking an activities assistant for weekend shifts to enhance the well-being of residents. You will provide and supervise enrichment opportunities to meet physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs.

You will support the care team, document resident participation, and liaise with families to help residents reach their highest potential, reporting to the activities director. Valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Provide resident activities on group and individual basis.
• Promote and follow the monthly schedule of activities.
• Document resident participation and attend care conferences.

Weekend Shift!

As activities assistant, you provide and supervise enrichment opportunities to meet the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs of each patient/resident. You assist the care team and residents' families helping residents reach their highest potential.

You will:

• Provide resident activities on a group and individual basis

• Report to the activities director

You currently:

• Work independently
• Relate positively and effectively with others
• Advocate for the senior population
• possess a valid driver's license and private vehicle
